What is a DRAGON AWARDS OF HAPPINESS®??
It is the name given to the prizes we give out. The Dragons.
What is the OHT?
OHT stands for Organizational Happiness Test. They are the set of questions that must be answered to obtain the AWARDS OF HAPPINESS®. They have been written and designed specifically for each AWARDS OF HAPPINESS®. They follow the SFA® Human Audit methodology. The questions are answered by the subjects who evaluate the Company or the Person based on each AWARDS OF HAPPINESS®
Why have the AWARDS OF HAPPINESS® been created and what is their purpose?
Because we want to audit, identify and recognize companies and people who believe that a better capitalism is possible based on Organizational Happiness and because we want to leave a lasting legacy in society.
